Location is excellent in he heart of the resort practically on the strip.No issue with sunbeds but we stayed up in the garden area which was a great overflow area.The pool itself did seem busy but there did seem to be a few beds available most days.Rooms are perfect for what you need and very clean.All staff from the cleaning staff to the reception staff were very friendly and helpful when needed.Hard to find anything to complain about.

Spacious Apartment very clean and Serviced every 2 days . Location was excellent you are around the corner from the main strip and in the middle of everything plenty bars and restaurants and is close to the beach too .The pool bar outside the Complex served lovely snacks for lunch great quality and reasonably priced . The pool was heated and plenty of Sunbeds The Staff were very helpful especially Victor on Reception .

All of the staff were so kid friendly. The duvets and beds were comfy. Rooms were big. Lots of space. We could see the pool from our balcony. The air con worked. The kitchen was perfect and spotless. The pools were cleaned everyday and hoovered. And the whole place was manicured. Oh and the access to supermarket through the pool.

The location was amazing. I have stayed in various hotels and apartments in Puerto del Carmen. This was by far the best location with plenty of restaurants, bars close by. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Access to hyperdino via steps next to the pool which was very convenient.
